This practice is open to all levels of ability. Remember to always listen to your body and stay connected to your breath. Inner thighs are the contralateral muscle group to the hips, and are neglected often in yoga practice and stretching routines. For this reason, they tend to get very tight. In this 'all level' video sequence viewers will learn a variety of ways to open the inner thighs while strengthening the legs.
