Description
Dr. Evelyn Lucas Kirby (MacLaine) and Dr. Walter Kirby (Coburn) have what seems to be the perfect marriage, but on closer examination it's far from healthy. Egocentric Walter can only find time to discuss his favorite subject: himself, and Evelyn can no longer stand the lack of attention. Looking for some excitement, she takes up with a handsome young patient (Collins), who is just what the doctor ordered, and begins a very "liberated" game that her husband can't resist getting involved in.
